Getting into Meditation

Meditation has many health benefits. It’s proven to reduce stress, promote emotional health, generate kindness, improve sleep and control pain among many other things.

I’ve curated this 5-day meditation challenge in the hopes of inspiring positive change, creating new habits, and helping to improve the well-being of others. Each day there is one guided meditation to do, these vary in length and in style so I hope that you find at least one of these resonates with you.

Whilst headphones aren’t necessary, I recommend using them for a fully immersive experience. Enjoy!


Day 1

This meditation helps to balance and align your chakra. Listen to this meditation at bedtime to be led into a deep and peaceful sleep.

Duration: 29 minutes

Day 2

On this deeply relaxing meditation you will be guided into a beautiful garden where you will meet and communicate with your spirit guide!

Duration: 24 minutes

Day 3

A guided meditation to let go of anxiety, fear and worries, and open up to Harmony, Inner Peace and Healing.

Duration: 22 minutes

Day 4

This meditation helps you to establish a strong connection to your intuition which acts as your direct link to your higher self.

Duration: 40 minutes

Day 5

This is the first ever guided meditation I ever did and was recommended to me by my mum. It remains one of my favourites! Dr.Weiss is a psychiatrist, hypnotherapist, and author who specialises in past life regression.

Duration: 20 minutes
